Welcome to my profile page! Before looking at my work, I think getting to know a little about me is important. My name is Brooke Parks and I come from a small town in Massachusetts called Seekonk. I have lived there my entire life and I am excited to start this next chapter in Biddeford, Maine. As of right now, I am an environmental science major. I think that caring for the earth and environment is very important. The world is full of beautiful places to see and I believe that future generations have the right to see them too. Although I have not traveled to many places outside the United States, besides Canada and the Bahamas, I hope to study abroad in Europe and travel when I graduate.

In Seekonk I live with my mom, brother, dog, Noelle, and cat, Rico. My mom and I are very close. I have been talking to her everyday since I left. According to her Noelle and Rico miss me very much. My brother, Sam, and I are also very close. He is a senior in high school this year. He is even thinking of coming here for college next year.

My friends are very important to me. They have always been supportive and loving in every situation. Although my friend group had fluctuated over the past thirteen years, I have had the same best friend since Kindergarten. She is going to school at Harvard, which is strange because this is the first time I haven’t seen her while walking into a class or seeing her in the hallways. My senior year is when I made most of my best friends. I was in AP Statistics and I was friends was a few kids in the class. We all sat together and over time we grew very close. They turned out to be the best group of friends I could have asked for. We all love to travel and have been to Cape Cod, Montreal, and a trip to New Hampshire for Winter Break in the making. We hope to stay friends for life, and I can truly see this happening.
